Important Update: Changes to Our Patient Communication System

We’re committed to keeping you informed about important changes at our practice. Starting in February 2025, we’ll be transitioning from eConsult and Website forms to a new platform called Accurx.

Why Are We Making This Change? Accurx will allow us to manage all patient communications in one place. This change is designed to make it easier and faster for you to connect with us and access the care you need.

What Does This Mean for You?

  • Improved Communication: A more seamless and efficient way for you to contact us.

  • No Action Required Right Now: We’re working on the transition behind the scenes, and we’ll provide clear instructions before anything changes.

What’s Next? We’ll be sharing more information as we get closer to the February 2025 launch.

We understand that medical issues can be stressful and difficult to deal with. That's why we offer convenient eConsult services for patients who need to speak with a doctor and receive advice. Our eConsult feature allows you to get advice from a medical professional without having to book a face-to-face appointment.
